Since their inception in 1958, Éminence have been using sustainable farming and green practices to create natural, organic and Biodynamic® products.
They believe in providing the best skin care products possible. The products are proudly free of parabens, animal by-products, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harmful colorants and fragrances, mineral oils, petroleum, and other harsh cosmetic chemicals.
Éminence continue to use hand-picked fresh ingredients to create products that contain potent healing and beautifying properties. Many of these ingredients are combined with pure waters drawn from a thermal hot spring lake containing minerals and trace elements found nowhere else on earth.
The products are handmade without any severe heating or hydrogenating processes that can affect the nutritional content and potency of natural ingredients. Vitamins are captured in their all-natural fresh base, offering dramatic results as actual seeds, pulps and peels impart regenerative and healing powers that only nature can produce.

As an educator and Master Esthetician, he has personally trained over a quarter of a million estheticians and spa professionals in the last two decades - and I am proud to include myself as one of his students!

Attila grew up in Budapest, Hungary until he and his brother, Boldijarre, moved to Canada in 1996. With a degree in engineering, Attila plays a key role in the vision of Eminence’s ongoing commitment to the environment by ensuring all office and warehouses are dedicated to green practices. Attila led Eminence to become the first professional skin care company in the world to become a Certified B Corporation®, joining the leaders of the global movement using the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. His passion to make a lasting, positive impact on the world through responsible, conscious business drives Attila to be an active member of the B Corp community.
Attila is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, often traveling to trade shows and participating in charitable events. From the eco-friendly Vancouver office, Attila oversees the natural, organic and Biodynamic® farm production, product development, and manufacturing in Hungary. Attila personally visits the children at Semmelweis Children’s Hospital in Budapest for the award-winning Eminence Kids Foundation during his biannual visits to Hungary, serving them organic, cold-pressed juice and giving them gifts. He stays active, too, and likes to participate in the Ride to Conquer Cancer, an event and cause that is near to the hearts of both Attila and his brother. In 2011, he was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Eminence’s contributions to the community and Province of British Columbia.

Éminence Organic Forests for the Future Program, in partnership with the non-profit organisation Trees for the Future, helps train farmers in developing countries on how to build productive and sustainable Forest Gardens. Éminence plant a tree for every product sold, enabling the development of these Forest Gardens in rural communities, empowering local people to restore their environment, grow their own food and build a sustainable income and future for themselves, their families and their communities. Passing a milestone of planting over 17 million trees, Eminence is proud to be able to continually contribute to the development of these Forest Garden Projects.

Several climate-smart agroforestry practices have been developed to improve crop yields and revitalise soil health, water use efficiency and carbon storage.
In 2016, Eminence Organics received the International Spa Association’s (ISPA) Innovate Award for Philanthropic Initiatives for the Forests for the Future program. The life-changing impact of the Forests for the Future initiative is only possible because of the ongoing support from their dedicated spa partners.
THE IMPACT OF A SINGLE TREE
A single tree can produce approximately 260 pounds of oxygen per year. Trees help lower air temperature to combat climate change while stabilising the soil by preventing erosion through their roots. Trees contribute to the fertility of land through nitrogen fixation and increasing water penetration.
Eminence Organics' Forests for the Future Program helps train farmers in developing countries on how to build productive and sustainable crops and farms. Éminence plant a tree for every product sold, enabling the development of rural communities, empowering local people to restore their environment, grow their own food and build a sustainable income and future for themselves, their families and their communities. Eminence Organics is proud to be able to continually contribute to the development of these regions.
By planting specific types of fast-growing trees, fruit trees, hardwoods and food crops in a systematic manner over a four-year period, families can positively change their lives forever. Program participants plant thousands of trees that provide families with sustainable food sources, livestock feed, products to sell, fuelwood and a 400% increase in their annual income in four years.
This program has achieved specific milestones including:
- Over 200 farming families trained and supported – protecting approximately 2,000 people from extreme poverty
- A total of 82% of farmers have seen significant income increases
- At least 400,000 fruit, nut and forestry trees planted each year for household consumption and sale.
